We may collect some, or all, of this information when you email us or phone us, or when we meet you in person when you attend one of our courses.

Give you the products, information or services you have requested or to keep you in touch with our work by sending you updates when your certificate is due to expire. We will provide your details to the Awarding Organisation, to register that you have successfully passed the qualification standards, and so that your certificate can be issued. Where your course has been booked by a third party training provider, your details will be used to notify them that you have achieved the qualification so your certification can be requested.

By giving us your personal information, including sensitive personal data like information about your health, you consent to us collecting and using that information in the ways that we describe in this privacy policy. We will comply with our legal obligations as a data controller under the Data Protection Act 2018. If necessary, we will put in place a contract with the companies we use to process information to ensure your details are adequately protected.

We take appropriate physical, electronic and managerial measures to ensure that we keep your information secure, accurate and up to date, and that we only keep it as long as is reasonable and necessary.
