The course itself was incredibly well-structured, covering a wide range of essential topics in a clear, practical, and engaging way. Every module was relevant and applicable to real-world situations and really got me to approach things in a more efficient way and with a greater appreciation. I left with a much deeper understanding and confidence in my ability to promote a safe working environment.
What truly set the course apart, though, was Steve. His depth of knowledge was evident from the start, but what made the biggest impact was his honest and approachable teaching style and genuine passion for the subject. He brought the content to life with real examples, encouraged discussion, and made sure everyone felt comfortable asking questions. He was so very helpful, patient, thorough, and genuinely invested in making sure we understood—not just memorised the material.
Thanks to this course and the outstanding instructor - Steve, I now feel much better equipped to handle health and safety responsibilities in the workplace. I would highly recommend this training to everyone and would especially recommend Steve Cook.
